Receive a full 100% refund on unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items and package must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a refund.

This document must be fully completed and included in the returned package in order to receive a refund.

Customer order number should be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package for proper processing. Please allow 4-6 weeks upon our receipt of your returned packages for the return to be processed. We will make every effort to process faster. For your protection, keep a tracking number or order a confirmation receipt from the Post Office as proof of shipment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

US Mail is only delivered in Wyoming to PO Box addresses. Do not return a package to our street location via the Post Office, as it will be returned as un-deliverable. The postal service does not accept private overnight carrier deliveries either so expect them to be returned unopened by the Post Office. Use the Post Office to return the product. Please keep for your records a confirmation or tracking number of the returned package to avoid delivery issues.
